9878f01e29 Organize macros/ like pokecrystal
While doing so I replaced the StopAllMusic macro with a SFX_STOP_ALL_MUSIC constant and applied it throughout the code.

de39851f4a Make Hide/Show objects more dynamic
be on the look out for more static ids in the wild
unused constants are still included because a
script could be written to check whether the player
has picked up an item/fought a legendary etc.

2cc0aef0e9 * add known hard-coded memory locations are labels now
* all global labels now have a comment indicating their ROM address
* all references to tile buffer locations are using the FuncCoords marco now
* added some comments and assembly analysis
