Make Hide/Show objects more dynamic

unused constants are still included because a
script could be written to check whether the player
has picked up an item/fought a legendary etc.

Remove most static wram addresses. Use labels instead.
...
For unknown addresses, use "w<address>".
Label overleads are still an issue.
