de39851f4a Make Hide/Show objects more dynamic
be on the look out for more static ids in the wild
unused constants are still included because a
script could be written to check whether the player
has picked up an item/fought a legendary etc.

35f2bb90d4 Rename predef functions so they aren't excessive in length.
This is mostly because of an rgbasm bug that prevents macro arguments
from exceeding 16 characters, but the names were bad anyway.

40c17c906b Remove most static wram addresses. Use labels instead.
For unknown addresses, use "w<address>".

Label overleads are still an issue.
